Return Eligibility

To maintain our standard of quality, returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents or markings (including perfume, deodorant, or makeup).

• All original tags securely attached.

• Returned in the original packaging.

Please note: Fiona’s Bliss reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these hygiene and quality standards.

Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit via email.

• Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future collection.

• Credit is issued once our team has inspected and approved your return.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

To ensure health standards and preserve exclusivity, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories and bodysuits/intimate wear

• Sale, promotional, or limited-edition items

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
